Independent Verification Services Limited is a leading provider of biosecurity services for importers and exporters and experts in the New Zealand biosecurity system, regulations and business requirements.
This role entails receiving, checking and verifying client export documentation for certification of logs, timber and other products leaving New Zealand as well as other certification responsibilities. Administration support for the forestry team also forms part of this position.

Due to ongoing growth we currently have two positions available for Programme Co-ordinators to join our existing, busy, professional and energetic team. The Programme Co-ordinators form part of a team whose key responsibilities incorporate the IVS inspection services and training delivery for:
The roles involve booking, scheduling, customer contact, database updates and client follow up for our container clearance service and Agoge training.
These are dynamic roles, where you will become an expert in your field and be the central point of the service for our customers and inspection and training team.

Hours of work are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
We are located within the Ruakura campus, Hamilton.
